About the Criollo Chocolatier
Santos Antoine, Criollo's chocolatier, won gold at Salon du Chocolat in 2017 and 2018, and was named one of the World's Best 100 Chocolatiers in 2019. The shop takes its name from "Criollo," the finest variety of cacao bean.
Criollo makes desserts that highlight the natural flavor of ingredients, with crisp and smooth textures.

1. Discovery Chocolate
Ganache on a sablé base, coated in chocolate.
Chocolate financiers, yoyo macarons, and chocolate-coated cookie gift sets are their signature products.
2. Azabudai Brownie
A brownie with rich chocolate batter loaded with chocolate chips, topped with walnuts. They also have a limited Pokémon exhibition collab matcha brownie in a cute tin case.
3. Soft Ice Cream
The milk soft cream and chocolate soft cream, no longer available at Criollo's main store, can still be enjoyed at the Azabudai Hills location. Toppings change with the season.
4. Chocolates, Cookies & Macarons
Valentine's chocolate sets are already on sale. Bite-sized chocolates that deliver the richness and joy of eating a whole cake.
5. Phantom Cheesecake (幻のチーズケーキ)
Criollo's flagship product that sells over 100,000 per year. Rich and moist texture. It needs to be refrigerated, so if you're giving it as a travel souvenir, take care with transport and storage.
