How to Reach the Ginza Six Rooftop Garden
This is GINZA SIX.

This is GINZA SIX, where the space cats welcome you.

Take the escalator to see the giant space cats. It's a spectacular sight, with hundreds of space cats leaving their spaceship and spreading out into the space.
- Title: BIG CAT BANG
- Artist: Kenji Yanobe
- Exhibition period: April 5, 2024 - Summer 2025 (planned)
- Location: central ceiling space

To reach the rooftop garden, take the elevator. There are elevators in two places, on the south and north sides, and you arrive when you get off at the R floor.

What the Ginza Six Rooftop Garden Is Like
The rooftop garden is enclosed in glass, so the view comes through clearly. A free rooftop observation deck in the center of Ginza is so precious.

You can look out over the Ginza streets at a glance. The night view is beautiful too.

You can even see the Skytree off in the distance. There are plenty of benches and the landscaping is well kept, so it's a good place to rest. At lunchtime you can also see office workers eating their boxed lunches.

There are various trees. With autumn foliage in fall and flowers in spring, it's a healing space where you can take a break during your trip.

There's also a marker noting that GINZA SIX was built on the site of the Matsuzakaya department store, which opened in 1924 and closed in 2013.

Ginza Six Rooftop Garden Christmas Ice Rink
In time for Christmas, a skating rink opened at the Ginza Six rooftop garden. It uses plastic resin instead of ice, so your clothes don't get wet. There's a space cat in the middle of the rink.
