Haneda Airport Keikyu Line Guide: Fares, Routes & How to Ride (2026)
Tokyo Mate
The fastest and most practical way from Haneda Airport to central Tokyo is the Keikyu Airport Line.
With direct service to the Asakusa Line, you can reach Asakusa, Shimbashi, and Daimon without a single transfer. Below is a rundown of 2026 fares, timetables, and how to ride.
👉 Getting from Haneda Airport to Central Tokyo: Keikyu vs. Monorail vs. Limousine Bus

How to Find the Platform at Haneda Airport
When you exit the arrivals lobby on the 2nd floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 3 (International), the monorail is to the left and the Keikyu gate is to the right.
| Platform | Direction | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Haneda Airport Terminals 1 & 2 | |
| 2 | Central Tokyo (Shinagawa, Higashi-Ginza, Asakusa) Yokohama direction | |

Reading the Signboard & Train Types
At Haneda Airport Terminal 3 Station, trains heading toward both central Tokyo and Yokohama arrive at Platform 2. So don't just hop on any train — always check the electronic signboard above the platform. Just two things to look for:
1️⃣ Check the Destination
Read the terminal station (終点) shown on the signboard to tell which direction the train is heading.
- Central Tokyo / Asakusa / Narita direction: If you see 品川 (Shinagawa), 押上 (Oshiage), 成田空港 (Narita Airport), 青砥 (Aoto), or 印旛日本医大 (Inba-Nihon-Idai), the train goes toward central Tokyo.
- Yokohama direction: If you see 逗子・葉山 (Zushi-Hayama), 金沢文庫 (Kanazawa-Bunko), or 京急川崎 (Keikyu-Kawasaki), the train is heading toward Yokohama.
🚨 Watch out (trains to avoid): Trains bound for 京急蒲田 (Keikyu-Kamata) only go a few stops from the airport — basically a shuttle. You'd have to transfer again, so just wait for the next train!
2️⃣ Check the Train Type
There are 5 train types on the Keikyu Airport Line. All can be used with an IC card at no extra charge.
| Train Type | Japanese | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Airport Rapid Express | エアポート快特 | Direct to Narita Airport Skips some central Tokyo stops |
| Rapid Express | 快特 | Stops at all central Tokyo stations |
| Limited Express | 特急 | Stops at all central Tokyo stations |
| Express | 急行 | Stops at all central Tokyo stations |
| Local | 普通 | Stops at every station |
Different train types stop at different stations. The Airport Rapid Express (エアポート快特) passes through some central Tokyo stations without stopping, so check the train type before boarding.

📌 Note on the Tokyo Metro Pass (Subway Ticket)
The Keikyu Line is a private railway, so the section from Haneda Airport to central Tokyo (up to Sengakuji Station) cannot be covered by the Tokyo Subway Ticket alone.
Get a Welcome Suica or IC card (Pasmo) at the airport and ride with that, then settle the fare at the staffed gate when you exit at your destination station.
