Kansai Airport Terminal 2 ATM Locations
There is no Aeon Bank or Seven Bank ATM in the general area of Kansai Airport Terminal 2, the part you can reach after immigration.
If you land at Terminal 2 and want to use one of those two, you have to travel to Terminal 1.

How to Withdraw at Aeon Bank and Seven Bank ATMs
The order of the steps for an overseas card differs slightly between Aeon Bank and Seven Bank.

Aeon Bank lets you withdraw up to 50,000 yen at a time with an overseas-issued card.

⚠️ Watch out for DCC
When the payment currency screen appears at Seven Bank, choose the option that continues without converting, so the transaction is processed in Japanese yen (JPY).
