Kobe Harborland Night View Course: Port Tower, Meriken Park
Tokyo Mate
Kobe Harborland is a shopping and sightseeing area on the Port of Kobe waterfront, with umie MOSAIC and a Ferris wheel, and you can see the Port Tower lit up at night from there. This is the night-view route I took on a day trip to Kobe through Meriken Park, Harborland, the Port Tower and the Shinko district.

Kobe Harborland bay area route and bus stops
From Kobe Chinatown Nankinmachi, I took the City Loop bus to stop CL16, Meriken Park.
