- Visit the 1F counter in the arrival lobby
- Fill out the delivery form - enter accommodation name, address, postal code, phone number, recipient name, and check-in date
- Your bag is measured and the fee is quoted
- Pay on-site → receive the tracking slip
- Drop off your bags and head out to sightsee → pick them up at the front desk when you check in
📌 If you don't know your accommodation's address, you can apply with just the hotel name. A phone number is always required. (A non-Japanese number is fine.)
