The 2026 Osaka Amazing Pass covers 39 places on the standard pass. It costs 3,500 yen for the 1-day and 5,000 yen for the 2-day, and there is no children's pass. You use it as a smartphone QR code with no physical ticket, and you cannot use it on JR or at Kansai Airport Station on the Nankai Line. Closing days, free-entry time windows, reservations and on-site ticket exchange all differ by facility, so check them against the date you are going.
Osaka Amazing Pass 2026: Price and What You Get
The standard 2026 Osaka Amazing Pass gives you free entry to 39 attractions. The 1-day and the 2-day pass cover the same attractions and the same transport lines; only the usage period differs.
There is no children's pass. Children also have to buy the standard pass at the same price as adults.

※ The Osaka Itami Airport (ITM) edition of the Osaka Amazing Pass is 3,800 yen for the 1-day and 5,400 yen for the 2-day. It adds sections such as the Osaka Monorail, plus Expo '70 Commemorative Park and OSAKA WHEEL.
⚠️ Osaka Amazing Pass: things to check
- How you use it: SURUTTO QRtto smartphone e-ticket
- Facility use: no limit on how many you visit in a day, but each facility once
- 2-day pass: you cannot use the same facility twice across the two days
- Not covered: JR, and Kansai Airport Station on the Nankai Line
- Per-facility conditions: check closing days, free-entry hours, reservations and whether ticket exchange is needed

- ✔️ For WONDER CRUISE, the web time reservation takes priority. Book the date, boarding time and number of people online, then show the confirmation email and a valid Osaka Amazing Pass on the day to receive a paper boarding ticket.

In August 2026 there is no all-day free entry date, and on August 24 to 28 and August 31 you can enter after 14:00 with no extra charge. On other dates only a 500 yen discount applies, and you need an advance reservation for your visit date and time.

Osaka Amazing Pass: Transport You Can Use
The standard Osaka Amazing Pass covers every Osaka Metro line, the New Tram and the Imazatosuji Liner, and Osaka City Bus. Hankyu, Hanshin, Nankai, Keihan and Kintetsu are only covered on designated sections within Osaka city.

⚠️ Things to check when using the subway and buses
- You cannot use JR.
- Kansai Airport Station on the Nankai Line is not within the covered range.
- You need a separate ticket to get from Kansai Airport into central Osaka.
- If you go beyond the valid section, you pay the fare for the excess section separately.
- Limited express and reserved-seat trains may require an extra fee.
Osaka Amazing Pass: How to Use the QR Ticket
The Osaka Amazing Pass is used as a SURUTTO QRtto smartphone e-ticket.
✅ How it works
- ① Open the SURUTTO QRtto ticket screen on your smartphone.
- ② On the day you are using it, press start after 3:00 AM.
- ③ For trains, scan the QR code at a QR-compatible ticket gate on the way in and out.
- ④ For buses, scan it on the QR reader as you get off.
- ⑤ At attractions, show the QR screen or scan it on the designated terminal.
⚠️ Check the start time
- A day counts from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the next morning.
- If you start between 0:00 and 2:59 AM, you cannot use it after 3:00 AM.
- It is not a 24-hour or 48-hour pass counted from when you start.
- Transport can be used from the first train to the last.
- Attractions can be used from opening until the last entry time.
- Screenshots and printed QR codes cannot be used.
- Once you have started using it, you cannot transfer or refund the ticket.
At stations without a QR-compatible gate, show the ticket screen to a station attendant. Before you use it, also check your phone's battery, internet connection and browser camera permission.
My 2-Day Osaka Amazing Pass Plan
On this trip I am going to use the 2-day Osaka Amazing Pass on August 6 and 7, 2026, on consecutive days. This is not a recommended course that only strings attractions together; it is a real travel plan with meals, shopping and an event built in.

- ✔️ EDITH ANIME SHOP is on the 6th floor of HEP FIVE, so I will do the stamp and the Ferris wheel together. EDITH ANIME SHOP is open from 11:00 to 21:00.
Osaka Amazing Pass FAQ
Q. Is there a separate children's fare?
A. There is no children's pass. Children also have to buy the standard pass at the same price as adults.
Q. How long do I have to use it after buying?
A. The ticket is valid for 3 months from the purchase date, and you have to start using it by March 31, 2027 at the latest. If you start a 2-day pass on March 31, you can use it consecutively until April 1.
Q. Can I use it at Abeno Harukas 300?
A. It is not among the 39 free-entry places, but you can get a 10% discount on admission. The observatories you can enter free are the Kuchu Teien Observatory, Tsutenkaku Observatory and Sakishima Cosmo Tower Observatory.
With the 2-day Osaka Amazing Pass I want to link up the observatories and cruises, Osaka Castle and Shinsekai, and fit my favorite restaurants, streets and events in between.
