Bricolage Bread & Co. (bricolage bread & co.) is a bakery cafe opened in 2018 on the 1st floor of Roppongi Hills Keyakizaka Terrace by Namae Shinobu, the owner-chef of Michelin 3-star restaurant L'Effervescence.
It holds both the Tabelog Bread Top 100 and Cafe Top 100 awards from the same location — one of the standout restaurants at Roppongi Hills. The name "bricolage" refers to a mindset of flexibly combining available ingredients and techniques without being bound by convention. The space brings together freshly baked bread, farmers' harvests, artisan craftsmanship, and the rhythm of the seasons.
During cherry blossom season (late March to early April), the open terrace faces Sakurazaka as it turns pink — one of the best spring moments you can have in Roppongi.
