Tokyo Mate
A must for a Tokyo winter trip! Here is a guide to the Tsutaya Bookstore Share Lounge.
I used the Share Lounge on Roppongi Keyakizaka, famous for its Christmas illumination. You can enjoy the illumination from the warm lounge.

Inside the Roppongi Tsutaya Bookstore Share Lounge
The reason I chose the Roppongi branch was the Keyakizaka illumination. You can sit in a comfortable seat and watch the illumination while enjoying warm drinks and snacks. I went around 9 p.m. on a Sunday, and all the single window seats were empty.

Once you find a seat, you go to get drinks and snacks. Except for the items marked as alcohol, you can have everything.

There was a wide variety of snacks and drinks.

Besides the single window seats, there are many other types of seats. The Roppongi branch is quite large, so it seems unlikely you would have to wait for a full house. Every seat has a power outlet for charging, and they say you can also rent cables and chargers at the counter, so it is a great space for travelers.

Enjoying the Roppongi Tsutaya Bookstore Share Lounge
I refuel my sugar with a sweet green tea latte and watch the people. A cup of tea enjoyed amid the illumination is happiness.

There are also several kinds of miso soup, so it would be nice to come when you feel like warm soup (?), and they say if you order through the 1st-floor Starbucks mobile order, they will bring the drink to your seat. (Starbucks is paid.)

The Roppongi Tsutaya Bookstore Share Lounge is open until 11 p.m., when the Keyakizaka illumination ends, which makes it even better. If you are planning a trip to Tokyo, I highly recommend giving it a try.
