The three paid areas (7F Manga World Exhibition, 6F Park A, and Park C) allow one-time entry only — no re-entry. Free zones can be accessed freely.
Q. Can I store my luggage?
Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought into or stored at the exhibition venue. You'll need to use coin lockers within the facility or nearby luggage storage services.
Q. Can I buy merchandise without a ticket?
No. The merchandise shop is only accessible to ticket holders.
Q. Are same-day tickets available?
Yes. However, they can only be purchased at ticket machines inside the venue. If the time slot is sold out via advance booking, same-day tickets won't be available either. Booking in advance is recommended if you have a specific date in mind.

No. Date changes, ticket type changes, and refunds are all strictly unavailable after purchase.
